1. Agreement to Terms

2. Use License

3. Visa and Travel Services

Our visa and travel processing services are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective embassies and airlines. Farin Gani Travel & Tours acts as an intermediary and consultant. We do not guarantee visa approval, as the final decision rests entirely with the respective embassy or consulate.

4. Pay Small Small (PSS) Policy

Our installment payment plan is subject to approval. Failure to complete payments according to the agreed schedule may result in the suspension of your application process or cancellation of your booking. Processing fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with our cancellation policy. Visa processing fees and embassy fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted. For flight and hotel bookings, the specific airline or hotel cancellation policies will apply.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Farin Gani Travel & Tours or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
