Is my information safe?
Yes. All data is secured by Google Firebase with bank-grade encryption. We never share your information with third parties.
What if my documents are rejected?
You'll receive a notification with the reason. You can resubmit corrected documents free of charge directly from within the app.
How do I receive my VISA?
Once your VISA is approved, you can securely download all your documents directly from within the app.
Can I pay for Hajj or Umrah in installments from Nigeria?
Yes. Our 'Pay Small Small' (PSS) plan allows you to start your Hajj or Umrah processing with an initial deposit. You can spread the remaining balance over flexible installments before your final documents and flight tickets are released.
Do your Umrah packages include flights and Makkah/Madinah hotels?
Yes! Our VIP and Deluxe Umrah packages are fully comprehensive. They include your Saudi Visa, return flights from Nigeria, and 5-star hotel accommodations located within a 5-minute walk to the Haram in both Makkah and Madinah.
